Hours of Operation: J Pedersen Home &
Gardens regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific

you.
Our Products: We offer three distinct
lines of garden furniture and home accessories: cast iron; welded rod iron; and
European-style wrought iron. Our cast iron line of products offers a variety of
classic designs in urns, planters, statuary and small accessories for the home
and garden. We have rod iron trellises, arbors, planters, border fences, and
plant stakes. The designs are timeless, and are not only functional but
attractive. Our wrought iron line features reproductions of antique European
furniture, such as wall sconces, chandeliers, tables, chairs, and
benches.
Product Descriptions: We at J
Pedersen Home & Garden attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do
not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as
described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Prices: Prices for each product are published
and maintained on this website. All customers are able to place online orders on
the site. Please contact our sales
department or call 360.213.1619 if you have any questions regarding our
policies, pricing (subject to change without notice), and availability.
Sales Tax: Unless you have a reseller's permit or
tax exemption certificate on file with us, all orders shipped to Washington will
be charged 8.20% sales tax. Please fax your reseller's permit to 360.213.2902. You may obtain a reseller's
permit here.
Online Orders: Online orders may be placed
anytime through our secure server on J Pedersen Home & Garden.
Online orders may use PayPal, Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, or American
Express. Orders may be shipped UPS, FedEx, USPS or Freight, depending on the size
and weight. Actual rates for online orders will vary depending on the shipping
location. You may expect that your order will be shipped to you in a timely
manner. Orders made with US Mail or Freight as a shipping provider might not ship
out as quickly as other options.
Printed Catalogue: Our most recent product catalogue may be shipped to US
addresses. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Request a copy by e-mail here or request with any paid order.
Phone Orders: Phone orders may be placed by telephone during the hours of 9am

Fax: Orders may be submitted by fax to the attention of the Sales Department

visit to our warehouse. Regular business hours for the warehouse are Monday
through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.
Shipping Arrangements: Because most
of our products are quite heavy for their size, shipping options can range from the
US mail to freight. Please call 360.213.1619 to verify that the shipping arrangements
and cost of shipping on your order are correct. If you are a local customer (meaning
Washington and the surrounding states, depending on the distance from our home office)
we may transport your order ourselves, depending on a number of factors. This can be
the most economical shipping option.
Stock Availability: We take every
effort to ensure adequate stock but because items are imported from overseas we
periodically run out of products. We do not take back orders. You will only pay
for items when we ship them to you. Your original shipping charges will be
adjusted downward (based on weight and dimensions) to reflect the cost of only
the items sent.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us.
We provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the
choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Please
take the time to read and understand our privacy policies so that you can
understand how we treat your personal information.
Postal Addresses: Once you make a purchase, request a catalogue or other
